Function Explanation

The machine is made up of vertical milling cutter,horizontal milling cutter,copy routing pole, copy routing plate, clamping device, operation pole, machine body, pneumatic system, electric system etc. Controlled by the operation pole, the copy routing feeler pole moves along the hole on the copy routing plate,and drives the cutter to mill.The feeler pole has the same diameter with the milling cutter, so the machine can mill in the scale of 1 : 1,which makes the hole groove as large as the hole in the copy routing plate.

The machine is specially used for processing water slot, pulley groove, lock-hole, hardware hole and all of other groove.With different copy routing plates,it can process grooves in different types.With speedy cutting of 12000r/min,pneumatic pressing,that can finish processing in vertical and horizontal directions continuously.It also feature with high productivity and reliable performance and function.
